Stacey Lynn Ryan
Qualification: The College of New Jersey (B.A. 1992) and Seton Hall University of Law (J.D. 1996)
Associate. Ms. Ryan’s practice includes personal injury litigation, workers’ compensation, and labor and employment litigation. Ms. Ryan served as an Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) from 1996-2000 before joining our firm. In this capacity, Ms. Ryan had extensive experience investigating and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before Administrative Law Judges as well as in District Court. During her tenure at the NLRB, Ms. Ryan wrote nearly thirty decisions which established the scope of bargaining units, limited which businesses are considered “employers” under federal law, and upheld the right of employers to replace striking employees. Ms. Ryan graduated from The College of New Jersey in 1992 with a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration, and in 1996 received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is a member of the New Jersey and Union County Bar Associations.
